Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons applesauce
- ¼ cup water or low sodium chicken/beef/veggie broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients to form a dough. If dough is too dry, add more water. If too wet, add more flour.
- Roll dough into 1/4 -1/3” thick. Using a cookie cutter in whatever shape, place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, rotating cookie sheet halfway.
- Store at room temperature in an airtight container, or freeze for a cold treat.
