A great blend of vegetables to serve with your Fall dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Vegetables for Roasting Red Potatoes, Carrots, Onions & Zucchini
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
- PLACE frozen vegetables in a shallow pan. Drizzle with oil, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
- ROAST 20 minutes or until desired browning occurs. Stir once halfway through.
- REMOVE from oven, sprinkle with cheese and allow to sit for 2 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Serves 4.
